We stayed for a little weekend getaway with our daughter. The courtyard is lovely. We sat out there on the tables each night. The rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated. There is a mini fridge in each room and a microwave and utensils and cups in the shared lounge. Everything you could need! The family that runs it is so welcoming and helpful. They know where all the great hikes and things to see are! We went to the nearby reservoir and it was refreshing and relaxing. We also took our side by side on a trail to see a cool rock bridge. Make sure to eat at Magnolias. Yummy breakfast burritos and baked goods… also tacos and fries. ( open breakfast and lunch). Can’t wait for our next visit!

This is hands down the best place to stay in Escalante. The owners will bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. Super clean and very comfortable. The courtyard is amazing. Feel like you’re staying at home. Quaint place with 3 rooms. I found I could be as social, or not, as I wanted to be. So much better than I expected it to be. Best place to stay while visiting Utah National Parks in the area.

I stayed at the lovely Loubird Inn in Escalante for two nights and so enjoyed my stay - I only wish it was longer. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed with everything you need, even beyond a hotel and I loved the common patio areas and all the touches that made it feel like home. Communication was great and also be sure to try Haylee's restaurant across the street - Magnolia Kitchen - it's great to be able to grab breakfast on your way out to hike. :)

We spent two nights at the Loubird Inn and loved the experience and hospitality Hayley and her family are wonderful hosts and the central location is perfect. We had a great breakfast at Magnolia's Kitchen, also owned by Hayley, only a couple of blocks down the street. I am vegan and they were super accommodating. This close- knit town is wonderful and many businesses, such as Hayley's, really go out of their way to support each other and their visitors. Highly recommended!
